The position will involve representing clients in various bankruptcy and litigation matters, with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities:

- Draft demand letters, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Research and develop strategies for clients in insolvency and bankruptcy situations
- Provide legal advice to creditor clients on collateral preservation and recovery
- Represent lenders in workout and forbearance agreements
- Make court appearances in state and bankruptcy court
- Maintain a minimum of 1800 billable hours annually

Qualifications:

- 1-5+ years of litigation experience, preference for creditor's rights experience
- Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the New York bar
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to quickly absorb and understand new information
- Professional, positive, and flexible attitude
- Military experience is welcome
