Job Title: Staff Attorney/Policy Analyst
Experience: 1-3 years of litigation and policy experience
Education:
Requirements:
- Passion for social justice and empowering marginalized communities
- Understanding of intersection of immigration, labor, environmental justice, and occupational safety and health law
- Knowledge of farmworker labor and employment law
- Excellent communication, writing, and advocacy skills
- Experience working with marginalized communities, immigrant populations, and/or agricultural workers preferred
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written Spanish preferred
- Must be able to travel periodically and be local to the Washington DC Metro area

- Community outreach and education
- Policy analysis and advocacy

- Collaboration and coalition-building
- Reporting and documentation
- Travel to in-person meetings and conferences
