Latham & Watkins LLP, a leading global law firm, is currently seeking highly qualified attorneys with a minimum of 5 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits. This position is for the Tax Department and will involve working on a national level with a focus on company representation and compensation disclosure issues, as well as a wide range of transactional matters related to executive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and support to clients on executive compensation and benefits matters
- Handle transactional matters related to executive compensation and benefits, including tax, securities, and other relevant laws
- Assist with company representation and compensation disclosure issues
- Conduct research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits
- Strong understanding of tax, securities, and other relevant laws
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work on a national level and collaborate with a diverse team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
