The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), a nonprofit organization established by Congress, is seeking legal interns for Fall 2024. The PCAOB oversees the audits of public companies and SEC-registered brokers and dealers to protect investors and further the public interest. Compensation and Work Options

Role Summary and Responsibilities

As a legal intern at PCAOB, you will provide support by assisting attorneys and accountants with legal research and writing, developing investigative strategies, and analyzing financial and non-financial information. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of regulatory and transactional projects, including reviewing agreements, researching legislative history, and assisting during public meetings.
