The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), a nonprofit organization established by Congress, is seeking legal interns for Fall 2024. The PCAOB oversees the audits of public companies and SEC-registered brokers and dealers to protect investors and further the public interest. Compensation and Work Options

The PCAOB offers a competitive hourly rate based on education level and qualifications. Undergraduate students can earn , graduate students can earn , and students can earn .
