Legal Assistant Position Available at Leading Law Firm in Las Vegas

Overview:
- Clyde & Co, a global law firm, seeks an experienced Legal Assistant to support the insurance coverage litigation team in their Las Vegas office
- The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and eFiling skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to litigation attorneys/paralegals
- Review and proofread correspondence and documents with exceptional attention to detail
- Produce accurate documents and correspondence in a timely manner
- File briefs and other documents with various federal, state, and appellate courts
- Manage multiple attorney calendars and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain electronic files for client matters
- Prepare shells for various pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence
- Oversee arrangements for depositions, including booking court reporters
- Reception and office coordination duties
- Perform other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting
- High School diploma or GED required
- Extensive eFiling experience with State and Federal courts
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, as well as PDF programs
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong command of grammar and punctuation
- Experience with document management systems such as FileSite or iManage
