Responsibilities:

As a Paralegal at Cordell & Cordell, your responsibilities will include:

- Drafting pleadings
- Preparing discovery
- Filing documents with the court
- Preparing trial exhibits
- Other paralegal duties as required

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of family law experience in North Carolina and some relevant educational background, such as an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies. In addition, we are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. The ideal candidate will also be detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks, and have a positive attitude.
