Our team handles everything from municipal bonds and notes to tax-exempt or taxable obligations throughout the . and its territories. You will also have the chance to work on public infrastructure and capital improvement projects, noncapital programs, and various other types of financings.

Responsibilities:
• Work on a variety of financing matters involving state and local governmental entities
• Handle municipal bonds, notes, and other obligations throughout the . and its territories
• Participate in public infrastructure and capital improvement projects
• Assist with public noncapital programs for deficit, cash flow, pension, and other financings
• Collaborate on nonprofit health care, educational, cultural, low-income housing, and other facilities
• Contribute to for-profit projects such as water, wastewater, energy, waste, and multifamily housing
• Assist with Indian Tribal financings, IRS audits, and SEC investigations and enforcement actions
• Work on secondary market repackagings, securitizations, public-private partnerships, and bankruptcies

Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of relevant law firm experience
• Superior client service skills
• Member of the Bar in a . state and eligible to practice law in the Orrick office's jurisdiction

Compensation and Benefits:
• Expected salary range of $235,000 to $365,000
• Comprehensive and competitive total compensation package
