Hamilton Lane is a global investment firm located in suburban Philadelphia, and we are currently seeking a Paralegal to join our Client Solutions group. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary, annual discretionary bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing support to the attorneys in the Client Solutions group, primarily with respect to Hamilton Lane investment funds and separately managed accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a paralegal certificate and at least two years of experience in a legal environment, preferably in a corporate department of a reputable law firm or in-house legal department. Experience with private equity is a plus.

In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including drafting and reviewing legal documentation, preparing formation and governing documents for new entities, communicating with clients, investors, and outside counsel, and maintaining corporate records for Hamilton Lane fund entities. You will also be involved in special projects as needed and will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments within Hamilton Lane and outside service providers.

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must also be proficient in MS Office applications and Adobe Pro, and have the ability to manage multiple assignments and quickly shift focus as needed in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
