Miller Johnson, a full service law firm based in West Michigan, is currently seeking an experienced Traditional Labor Associate to join our Labor and Employment practice group. This position is open in multiple offices and the ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in traditional labor matters.

The Traditional Labor Associate will handle a variety of tasks related to collective bargaining, labor arbitration, defense of unfair labor practice charges, employee/union relations, and related litigation. Job Responsibilities:
- Handle traditional labor matters including collective bargaining, labor arbitration, and defense of unfair labor practice charges
- Advise clients on employee/union relations and related issues
- Represent clients in litigation related to labor and employment matters
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents

Qualifications:
- Three to six years of experience in traditional labor matters
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
