Qualification and Experience Experience: At least 1 year of Corporate paralegal experience strongly preferred Coordinating the work schedules of various attorneys Facilitating efficient communication with clients Document preparation & formatting Employment Agreements Service Agreements Due Diligence Checklist/Due Diligence Review Corporate LLC Meeting Minutes, Consents Closing Checklist Filling Out Forms AU 196.10 – Notifications of Sale, Transfer or Assignment Draft Discharge Notices Legal Research for presentations/Updates for new laws Contact agencies (DOH) regarding procedural issues Assist with appealing regulatory determinations Shareholder/Member buy in documents Handling mailings Assisting in coordination of billing/timekeeping Performing light overflow work as needed to support firm (e.g. filing, reception fill-in or backup, light office cleaning) Necessary: Typing skills (60wpm or better) Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel knowledge Phone proficiency Personal relationship skills Attention to detail Mailing Preferred: Law firm experience Transactional Document Organization Skills (More info supplied upon request) Dictation “Reach” Skills: Office 365 / Sharepoint familiarity Document drafting, “draft” preparation Securities issuance knowledge Liquor license application knowledge Health Care industry knowledge New Entity Formation Understanding and Experience?
