Position Summary:

The Administrative Resource Team (ART) Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our PST Specialists and Resource Center Specialists. This position will work closely with team members to develop understanding and ability to perform key administrative functions in a law firm environment. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience in a legal environment, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative and clerical support to PST Specialists and Resource Center Specialists
- Assist with typing, transcribing, and revising documents
- Make meeting arrangements and travel arrangements
- Prepare expense statements and reimbursement requests
- Assist with document management and organization
- Enter billable time and make revisions to time entries and prebills
- Create and organize notebooks, large mailings, and file organization
- Provide on-site support, including mailing, copying, printing, and scanning
- Proactively demonstrate effective teamwork and communication with team members and all Firm personnel
- Actively participate in regular team meetings to discuss current projects and workflow
- Update project log with pending and completed tasks
- Operate office equipment including PCs, printers, phones, copiers, facsimiles, and typewriters
- Cope successfully with office demands, remaining calm under pressure
- Conduct all business in a confidential manner

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred
- 1-2 years of relevant experience required, preferably in a legal environment
