Responsibilities:

- Handle pre-litigation matters, single plaintiff employment cases, class actions, and other complex legal matters
- Respond to administrative charges and provide counsel on employment issues
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Interact with corporate clients and manage complex cases
- Take and defend depositions, make court appearances, argue motions, and handle mediations

Qualifications:

- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Employment Law
- Strong academic credentials and member of the California State Bar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated, creative, and practical
- Exceptional interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:

- Expected salary range between $310,000 and $390,000
