Job Title: Employee Benefits Attorney
Experience: 2-4 years
Location: Albany, Buffalo, or Rochester (New York, United States)
Salary Range: $120,000-$135,000 per year

Responsibilities:

- Draft, design, and implement employee benefit and executive compensation plans.
- Ensure compliance with related laws and regulations.
- Provide practical business counseling to clients.
- Collaborate with our team of attorneys to support clients' growth and success.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- 2-4 years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation.
- Strong understanding of related laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
