Fox Rothschild LLP, a leading law firm, is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team in New York. With over 100 years of experience, Fox Rothschild LLP is known for its commitment to excellence and providing top-notch legal services to our clients. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and clients during all phases of litigation. Responsibilities: - Prepare and summarize relevant materials for use in discovery by attorneys - Index, track, and control case materials - Process settlements for complex litigation matters - Review documents for relevance and inclusion in case files - Summarize depositions and other transcripts - Track and control document discovery - Review documents for relevance and privilege according to established guidelines - Work closely with attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process - Provide support during trial, including creating demonstratives and assisting with courtroom presentations Qualifications: - Minimum 8 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal - Working knowledge of Relativity, Excel, and other case management software - Familiarity with New York Rules of Civil Procedure - Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work independently and with clients and experts Compensation & Benefits: - Salary range of $65,000 to $90,000, based on experience and qualifications - Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage - 401(k) retirement plan with company match - Paid time off and holidays Work Environment & Physical Demands: This position operates in a clerical, office setting and may require the use of standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
