This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 1+ years of personal injury experience to join a dedicated team of over 3,000 employees who are all united by one mission: For the People.

Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work
- Guide clients through the case process
- Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
- Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
- Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
- Focus on personal injury cases, primarily automotive
- Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
- EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements

Requirements:

- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association
- 1+ years of personal injury experience
- Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
