Litigation Management & Guideline Compliance Specialist - Law Firm Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a large law firm setting, insurance company, or project management Salary: $65,000-$75,000 per year Location: Los Angeles, CA Costa Mesa, CA Overview: Lewis Brisbois, a leading law firm, is seeking a Litigation Management & Guideline Compliance Specialist to join their team. This position will work closely with the Quality Assurance team to manage a large volume of insurance defense cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal database management and be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to track a large volume of insurance defense cases - Manage legal databases, including building, loading, and manipulating data - Utilize expert proficiency in Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint to effectively perform job duties - Possess an accounting background, with experience being desirable - Multi-task a variety of duties and complete them in a timely fashion - Work on repetitive tasks for extended periods of time, including reading, extracting, summarizing, and updating information from status reports and databases - Effectively present information and respond to inquiries from management, attorneys, and clients in a professional manner - Have excellent attention to detail and writing skills Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a large law firm setting, insurance company, or project management - Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required - Excellent working knowledge of Concordance, with experience in building databases, loading data, and manipulating data - Expert proficiency in Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint (a plus) - Accounting background and experience desirable Salary Information: - Minimum salary: $65,000 per year - Maximum salary: $75,000 per year #LI-HYBRID #LI-RH1
