Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and expand current client relationships
Develop new business for the firm
Provide legal advice and counsel in various corporate law areas

Qualifications:

8+ years of corporate legal experience, with a focus on areas such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and commercial contracts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
Portable business or the ability to generate new business in a supportive environment
