Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on complex regulatory, supervisory, and enforcement challenges facing financial institutions today.
- Ensure clients are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and supervisory guidance.
- Counsel clients on effective regulatory engagement and remediation of supervisory findings and enforcement actions.
- Conduct risk assessments and internal investigations.
- Stay up-to-date on federal banking laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

- degree.
- 3-6 years of post-JD experience.
- Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction where the position is based.
- Familiarity with federal banking laws and regulations, including the Bank Holding Company Act, National Bank Act, and Federal Reserve Act.
- Experience advising on supervisory matters, transactions, or enforcement actions.
- Knowledge of AML and sanctions matters and related regulations.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
