Position: Trusts & Estates Paralegal Location: Greater Milwaukee or Madison areas Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Summary: The Trusts & Estates Paralegal will work closely with lawyers and provide support in the preparation of various legal documents related to Trust and Estate administration. This includes Federal Estate Tax Returns, Trust and/or Estate Accountings, Federal Gift Tax Returns, Decedent’s Final State and Federal Income Tax Returns, State and Federal Estate and Trust Income Tax Returns, and Probate Petitions. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in Trust and Estate administration or an accounting degree.
