Law Firm Seeking IP Litigation Associate:
- Junior to mid-level position in the IP Litigation Practice

Job Requirements:
- 2-4 years of focused experience in a national trademark practice
- Significant experience in domestic and international trademark counseling and litigation
- Experience in copyright, patent, trademark, and trade secrets litigation preferred
- Strong writing skills and exceptional academic record required
- Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Bar or be admitted as soon as practicable

IP Litigation Practice Summary:
- Provides clients with IP enforcement, protection, and strategic counseling on a global scale
- Handles patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, and DMCA litigation, as well as data privacy and security breach cases
- Represents clients in federal and state courts, appellate courts, and before international arbitration panels
- Utilizes firm's global reach and multidisciplinary experience to develop unique strategies for clients' complex IP needs
