Job Title: Senior Corporate Paralegal

Responsibilities:

- Manage the administration of Cloud's international corporate structure, including all global subsidiaries
- Prepare and file required regulatory filings and build processes for such filings
- Review subsidiary annual financial statements and prepare related documents
- Work with outside counsel on a global basis
- Interact with colleagues at all levels of the company and drive cross-functional issues and projects
- Implement new legal processes, policies, procedures, and technology
- Provide support for daily operations and administrative needs, such as calendaring and documentation management
- Assist with M&A, finance, and other strategic transactions

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of relevant paralegal experience at a law firm or in-house
- Experience with global entity and subsidiary management
- Ability to make sound decisions and find cost-effective solutions
- Professionalism and ability to follow through on commitments while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Initiative and ability to use mature judgment within defined boundaries
- Detail-oriented with excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading, and communication skills
