As a Legal Secretary at our Los Angeles office, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of attorneys and provide a wide range of support services. From preparing legal documents and maintaining electronic case files to managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements, this role offers a diverse set of responsibilities and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and revise legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and discovery submissions
- Maintain electronic case files and update as needed
- Monitor attorney calendars and assist with filing deadlines and client invoicing
- Book and organize travel arrangements
- Handle complex and confidential material with discretion
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably in employment law
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Experience with e-filing systems and document database systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with billing and expense reporting software
- Excellent communication, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred

Salary Information:

- Expected salary range of to per hour
