Litigation Management & Guideline Compliance Specialist - Lewis Brisbois (Los Angeles/Costa Mesa, CA)

- Responsible for tracking a large volume of insurance defense cases and collaborating with Quality Assurance team
- Strong understanding of legal database management, preferably with experience in a large law firm setting or insurance company
- Proficient in Concordance, Excel, and PowerPoint (accounting background a plus)
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manner, including repetitive tasks such as reading, extracting, and summarizing information
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred, but not required
- Competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, sick and vacation time
