Brown & Streza, LLP, a reputable mid-sized law firm in Orange County, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team and work closely with our estate planning Attorneys. Responsibilities:

• Drafting initial estate planning documents
• Funding trusts with client assets
• Meeting and communicating with clients and advisors
• Preparing deeds and transfer documents
• Maintaining client files

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of estate planning experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organization, time management, and proofreading skills
•
• Knowledge of WealthDocs is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing and walking
• Sitting for up to four hours at a time
• Bending and stooping as needed

Schedule: This role is hybrid, with both in-office and remote work options available.

Salary: $50, to $80, annually, dependent on experience.
