Overview:
As a Senior Employment Law Counsel at iHeartMedia, you will be responsible for advising and partnering with business and HR leaders on all aspects of labor and employment. You will also work with outside counsel to manage and support employment litigation matters and review labor and employment-related claims. We are looking for someone with at least 5-7 years of employment law experience and who is a licensed member of a state bar in good standing.

What You'll Do:

- Provide advice and counsel on labor and employment matters to human resources, business clients, and executives.
- Review and respond to labor and employment-related claims.
- Manage and support outside counsel in employment litigation matters.
- Oversee the drafting of employment contracts and separation agreements.
- Interpret and advise on employee matters, including under collective bargaining agreements.
- Assist with developing processes and policies to handle employment law issues.
- Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of employment law experience.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Licensed member of a state bar in good standing.
- Experience with California laws and regulations is a plus.
