Walter Haverfield is looking for an attorney with a minimum of to focus on Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) employee benefits, including Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) matters. The successful candidate will represent the firm's sophisticated clients in all areas of employee benefits law, including:

• Qualified and Non-Qualified Retirement Plans – Design and compliance


• ESOP Transactions – Sponsor and fiduciary risk management


• Benefit Plan Documentation – Executive compensation, health and welfare benefit plans


• ERISA Claims and Dispute Resolution – Governmental investigations and audits
