The successful candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field of study, and have graduated with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school. The candidate must also be admitted to or eligible for admission in Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, ., and have been admitted to the USPTO. In addition, the candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings.

The Electrical & Computer Technologies Associate will have a variety of responsibilities, which may include:

Working closely with clients and inventors at all stages of the patent process
Preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications in the United States and abroad
Conducting freedom-to-operate, infringement, and patentability analyses
Assisting in other responsibilities or projects, as requested, or needed

The expected salary range for this position is $240,000 - $310,000 annually. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for an annual hours-based bonus.
