Key Responsibilities:
• Manage legal business matters to protect the enterprise's rights in contract negotiations, settlements, litigation, and business practices.

• Perform legal research and analysis on commercial contracts and information technology law issues.
• Advise colleagues on legal issues relating to commercial contracts, product development, and compliance.

Requirements:
• Experience in drafting information and technology services agreements, software license agreements, and general commercial contracts.
• Ability to review and evaluate complex legal issues and provide counsel to business colleagues.
• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited US law school and a license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
