Senior Corporate Real Estate Paralegal - Dallas, Texas

Job Description:

- Support the Corporate Real Estate practice group at a mid-sized law firm in Texas
- Review and organize client records
- Prepare correspondence with parties such as title companies, lenders, surveyors, and appraisers
- Assist with resolving title issues and preparing comprehensive title and survey objections
- Generate and review closing documents and settlement agreements
- Maintain electronic and hard copy matter files
- Attend client meetings as assigned
- Possess a paralegal certificate and a minimum of 8 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate
- Experience with commercial leasing and purchase and sale documentation preferred
- Must have superior proofreading skills and be able to coordinate the execution of commercial contracts and leases with attorney oversight
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, iManage, and timekeeping and billing systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to read and interpret information

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8 years of paralegal experience in Commercial Real Estate
- Paralegal certificate required
- 4-year undergraduate degree preferred
- 4-5 years of experience reviewing land titles and surveys
- Substantial experience with commercial leasing and purchase and sale documentation preferred
- Superior proofreading skills and ability to coordinate the execution of commercial contracts and leases with attorney oversight
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, iManage, and timekeeping and billing systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to read and interpret information
