Associate Employment Counsel (No Search Firms): Join Our Legal Team at Paul Hastings

Overview:
- Paul Hastings is seeking an experienced Associate Employment Counsel to join our legal team.
- This position reports directly to the Deputy Chief Employment Counsel and works closely with the Chief Employment Counsel.
- The Associate Employment Counsel will provide pragmatic advice and strategic support on a range of employment law issues.

Responsibilities:
- Draft employment-related guidelines and policies.
- Implement efficient processes to maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Provide expertise and counsel on employment-related projects and disputes.
- Stay up-to-date on important developments in employment law.
- Participate in occasional travel, as needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience.
- Expertise in employment counseling and litigation or litigation management.
- Prior in-house experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering practical solutions to complex legal problems.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where hired.

Location:
- This position can be based in either our Washington, DC or New York office.

Salary:
- The expected salary range for this position is $325,000 to $375,000 annually.
- Actual salary may vary based on experience and other relevant factors.
