Heading 2: Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Three to six years of transactional antitrust experience, including HSR and deal counseling, and merger investigations before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Department of Justice (DOJ) and other enforcement agencies.
• Experience with other substantive antitrust compliance counseling work and antitrust litigation outside of the transactional area.
• Excellent research and writing skills, academic performance, and ability to multi-tasks across matters.
• are preferred.
• New York or District of Columbia bar membership required.
