Job Title: Employee Relations Partner
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000

H2: Join Our Team and Help Resolve Employee Issues and Conflicts

Overview:

The Employee Relations Partner is a crucial role within our company, responsible for providing expert guidance and consultation to managers and employees on resolving employee issues and conflicts. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations, and a Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law, or equivalent major.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct investigations into reported employee concerns in accordance with company policies, procedures, and federal/state regulations
- Provide guidance to managers on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Collaborate with Operational Management, HR Business Partners, and Legal Teams to find solutions to complex employee relations issues
- Ensure high-quality HR support through performance management, legal compliance, and communication with employees and unions (if applicable)

Additional Responsibilities:

- Stay updated on legal requirements and employment legislation in your supported region
- Travel to company sites as needed within the Southeast Region

Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of regulations and policies
- Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Impartiality and strong conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build professional relationships at all levels of the organization
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent major
- 5 years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary range of $60,000 - $70,000
