As a member of our dynamic and growing firm, you will have the opportunity to support multiple attorneys and paralegals in the exciting and challenging field of Intellectual Property and Patent Prosecution. Responsibilities: - Prepare and electronically file patent applications, amendments, appeals, assignments and other documents related to prosecution - Manage dockets, communicate with clients, handle billing, and assist with formatting, proofreading, and editing legal documents and reports - Utilize legal software, including electronic document management systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and editing - Familiarity with basic online resources to support research and document preparation - Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision - Utilize 3-5 years of experience supporting multiple attorneys/paralegals and prior experience in patent prosecution and transactional work - Knowledge of .
