The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and/or review of legal documents and pleadings, arguing motions, handling discovery, trial preparation, legal research, managing their file caseload, responding to court notifications and inquiries received from clients, debtors, and debtors' attorneys, and making court appearances as needed.
