Law Firm is searching for an experienced Associate Litigation Attorney to join their Alabama team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in foreclosure law and litigation and be licensed to practice law in good standing in Alabama.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and/or review of legal documents and pleadings, arguing motions, handling discovery, trial preparation, legal research, managing their file caseload, responding to court notifications and inquiries received from clients, debtors, and debtors' attorneys, and making court appearances as needed.

The Associate Litigation Attorney must have excellent communication and organization abilities, a strong work ethic with the ability to balance and prioritize high volumes of work, and must be able to proficiently work with minimal supervision.
