We are seeking an experienced Tax Associate to join our prestigious and growing tax team at a law firm located in Washington, . The ideal candidate will have experience with strategic and private equity M&A transactions, capital markets (including spin-offs and IPOs), investment fund formation, and/or real estate matters (including REITs). In addition, they must have outstanding writing, oral communication, and analytical skills, as well as top academic credentials and an ability and desire to think creatively about interesting, difficult and often novel problems.
