Morgan & Morgan, a well-respected personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney with a focus on premises liability cases. The attorney will have the opportunity to handle a heavy and complex case-load from pre-litigation to trial. Responsibilities

As a Personal Injury Trial Attorney, you will be responsible for:

Handling both pre-litigation and litigation cases on a day-to-day basis
Drafting and filing litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions
Communicating with clients and guiding them through the case process
Interacting with expert witnesses and drafting expert reports and affidavits
Preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:

A law degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with the State Bar Association
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law
Ability to handle a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases
Strong client service and communication skills
Self-motivated with long-term career goals
Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills

Salary Information

Morgan & Morgan offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $300,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
