Job Summary:

The Private Client Associate will be responsible for drafting standard and sophisticated estate planning documents, as well as handling domestic and international estate, gift, and income tax planning. They must have excellent organizational skills, strong academic background, and ability to work well in a collaborative environment. LLM is preferred but not required, and the candidate must be eligible for admission to the DC bar.

Responsibilities:

- Drafting standard and sophisticated estate planning documents
- Handling domestic and international estate, gift, and income tax planning
- Working well in a collaborative environment
- Building and managing relationships with clients and co-advisors
- Strong writing, speaking, researching, and analytical skills
- LLM is a plus, but not required
- Must be eligible for admission to the DC bar

Qualifications:

- 1st to 3rd year Associate
- Experience with estate planning and tax planning
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
- Excellent organizational skills

Salary Information:

- Expected pay range for Associates: 2024/2023 Class Compensation Years: $225,000
- 2022 Class Compensation Years: $235,000
- 2021 Class Compensation Years: $260,000
- 2020 Class Compensation Years: $310,000
- 2019 Class Compensation Years: $365,000
- 2018 Class Compensation Years: $390,000
- 2017 Class Compensation Years: $420,000
- 2016 and more senior class compensation years: $435,000
