Salary: Based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with lawyers and non-lawyers within and outside the firm
- Provide legal counsel on franchise transactions
- Draft and review legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Keep up-to-date on industry and legal developments

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials
- Experience in franchise law
- Excellent organizational, drafting and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel if necessary
