The Law Firm of Vedder Price is seeking a mid-level associate to join their prestigious Labor & Employment team in either Los Angeles or San Francisco. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and experienced individual to work with a well-respected firm and serve a global client base.

About the Position:

- Mid-level associate position with 4-6 years of significant litigation experience
- Focus on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) counseling, wage and hour litigation, and employee benefits
- Strong emphasis on management-side representation
- Opportunity for exposure to wage and hour and/or employment class action/PAGA matters
- Responsibilities include brief writing, discovery management, court appearances, and depositions
- JD degree and admission (or in good standing) in California required
