Greenberg Traurig, a leading law firm, is currently seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Associate to join our team in Minneapolis. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contract drafting, and related business matters. Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate important transaction documents
- Conduct research and provide legal advice on various business matters
- Assist with M&A transactions and commercial contract drafting
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys to provide exceptional legal services to clients

Requirements:
- Admitted, or eligible for admission, to the Minnesota Bar
- At least 4 years of experience in corporate law, preferably with a focus on technology transactions
- Strong academic background and drafting skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
