If so, Fish, the #1 patent practice in the country, is looking for you to join their team as a technology specialist in any of their . offices. ## What You Will Do As a technology specialist at Fish, you will be responsible for: * Drafting patent applications for innovative clients, including descriptions and figures. * Corresponding with the patent office about pending patent applications. * Advising patent litigation teams based on your technical and scientific area of expertise. * Interviewing inventors about new ideas. ## Who You Are We are looking for a technology specialist with: * An advanced degree in mechanical engineering or biomedical engineering (required). * Significant experience with writing about mechanical/medical device concepts. * At least 2 years of industry experience or patent prosecution experience. * Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials. * Registration before the . Patent & Trademark office (preferred). ## Salary & Benefits The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $185,000. The salary offered will depend upon individual qualifications and experience.
