The right candidate will have a background in government contracts litigation matters (contract claims/bid protests/size protests) and have experience in the civil False Claims Act, internal investigations, suspension and debarment proceedings, prime/subcontractor disputes, and government contracts compliance issues (domestic preferences, data rights, small business, cybersecurity, cost/CAS, etc.).

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and eager to strategically pursue profile and practice-building opportunities with an eye towards personal growth and promotion.
