Commercial Finance Associate The candidate must have 3-4 years of finance experience in a law firm setting, including significant experience with bank side lending including drafting loan documents and New York lien law experience. Experience extending to real estate based transactions, structured finance/capital markets and general corporate matters is considered a plus but not required. Strong loan document and real estate contract/lease drafting and negotiation skills are required, and candidates must be able to work independently as well as a member of a team on complex deals.
