Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Barnes & Thornburg LLP, a premier law firm, is seeking a full-time paralegal for its Atlanta office in the Real Estate department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to work directly with attorneys, clients, and other professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review surveys, title commitments, and objection letters
- Manage interactions with title companies
- File UCC filings
- Conduct zoning reports and other due diligence
- Draft basic real estate forms and documents
- Assist with entity formation and Secretary of State filings
- Maintain project checklists
- Handle complex real estate transactions

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial real estate
- Strong knowledge of real estate terminology and legal procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and planning/organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
