Advise clients on compliance with state, federal, and international data privacy laws and regulations.
Assist clients in creating and implementing data privacy policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
Provide guidance on incident response plans and assist with crisis management in the event of a data breach.
Collaborate with other practice areas within the Firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals in the practice group.
Actively participate in professional and business development activities to grow the Firm’s client base and reputation.
Salary Information
Salary will be commensurate with experience and book of business.

Description:
