Overview:
Farah & Farah, a leading personal injury law firm in Southeast GA and Florida, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Assistant to provide administrative support for the Attorney and Paralegal. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and prepare documents for hearings
- Schedule client meetings, depositions, and court dates
- Maintain case files and indexes
- Act as liaison between parties for coordination of meetings and deadlines
- Draft legal documents and proofread for accuracy
- Keep clients informed of case progress
- Facilitate meeting of deadlines by maintaining multiple agendas and providing timely reminders
- Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- 2+ years working experience in Personal Injury and Litigation
- Knowledge of MS Office and legal technology
- Familiarity with E-filing process, rules of evidence, and civil procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Professional presentation and adherence to dress code
