Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Junior Mid-Level Leveraged Finance Associate Attorney to join its growing team in New York City, NY. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and detail-oriented team player with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Duties:

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to leveraged finance transactions.
• Conducting due diligence and legal research.
• Assisting senior attorneys in all stages of deal execution.
• Communicating with clients and other parties involved in transactions.
• Providing general support to the finance practice group.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• 2-3 years of experience in leveraged finance or related practice area.
• Strong understanding of finance and corporate law principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
