Responsibilities:
- Conducting patent searches and drafting patent applications
- Providing technical and legal advice to clients
- Assisting with patent prosecution and patent portfolio management
- Conducting intellectual property due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
- Staying up-to-date on industry developments and changes in patent laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Top academic credentials with a degree in electrical, computer, mechanical, industrial, manufacturing engineering, or computer science
- Master's degree or . preferred, but not required
- Experience with patent prosecution and drafting patent applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
