The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and related fund operational matters.

The law firm's Investment Funds Practice serves as counsel for fund sponsors globally, handling all aspects of the structuring and fundraising of private investment funds across a wide range of asset classes. They also provide guidance on sponsor internal arrangements, fund operations, and regulatory and compliance matters.

The Role:

As an associate in the Investment Funds Practice, you will work on a variety of challenging and complex matters, including:

- Structuring and formation of private investment funds
- Fundraising and investor negotiations
- Regulatory and compliance matters
- Internal arrangements for fund sponsors
- Fund operations and management
