Job Title:

- Foreign Patent Prosecution Paralegal

Experience Information:

- Minimum 5 years of foreign filing experience in PCT and foreign patent prosecution applications
- Knowledge of PCT and foreign patent rules and procedures

- Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Manage foreign patent applications with attorney supervision
- Prepare correspondence for clients and foreign associates
- Prepare conversion deadline letters and cost estimates for clients
- Process PCT International Applications and PCT Forms from WIPO
- Prepare National Applications and PCT National Phase applications for forwarding to Foreign Associates
- Obtain legalized documents for filing in foreign Patent Offices
- Work with annuity service to pay client patent renewal
- Manage and clear a daily and personal docket
